We traveled up the mountain to Big Bear for our 2nd Annual Friends Thanksgiving. All the ingredients for a lovely weekend were in place:
Lots of books to read, zero computers to type on.
The return of a long lost friend after 3 months in India.
Souvenirs brought back by said friend - an international Thanksgiving!
Cuddling, movies, and games
Basking in the sun. 
An occasion to dress up and wear lipstick. 
Beautiful scenery. 
Loads of dancing.
Dear friends.
Tasty food. 
Surprise visits from more dear friends!
Lots and lots of naps.
Football madness. 
And on our last day - a winter wonderland! 
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and whiskers...er...eyelashes.
