Apologies to those who already heard this rant at the New Year's Eve party, but below you will find pictures I observed on the covers of two magazines while checking out at the grocery store this week.
While one girl is celebrated in a fitness magazine for having the ideal shape, the other is criticized for being "too skinny again." Well, I spy with my little eye two very similar bodies and one very mixed message. Is it any wonder females have such screwed up body images? Seriously!

yep, they look pretty similar. Pretty much the only difference is that the girl in the bottom one doesn't have that healthy glow to her skin like the top one (which was probably airbrushed on).
Chicken legs!!! where are the sexy curves?!
This just makes me want to go eat a cheeseburger.
