White Privilege

This week I'm lecturing on meanings and values in my Personal and Social Adjustment class. Part of the chapter focuses on stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination and unintentional racism. In the last few months I've found myself unearthing prejudices I never knew I had. Truth hurts. And it's ugly.
