Lose the final paper she submitted a week early that discussed the debate between the inerrancy and infallibility of Scripture and give her an Incomplete for the class, which then translates to an "F" on her transcript.

Luckily, I was able to contact the professor and remedy the situation.

wow... I would have thought he would have contacted you before he turned in the grades. That would have given me a heart attack too.
my favorite is how "oh...well...how about that" he is about when this happens. I don't think the gay realizes that he momentarily gives students a stroke :)
And the best part is how cool, calm, and collected you stayed when you found out. That's impressive!
